A new team assigned to the Multi™ program at Mold-Masters® can build the system to produce exactly what is needed, no matter how complex.

Features at a glance:
    •       Manifolds can provide three levels of melt channels with gentle curves and turns instead of only straight runners, giving design flexibility that allows a balanced layout and a reduced system stack height.
    •       Applications include automotive lenses, mobile phone cases, flip-top closures, toothbrushes, pens and over molded products.
    •       Mold-Masters® has the most experience in the industry at maintaining uniform temperature and balance for these systems.
    •       Complex systems such as two over molding stations, 16 or more cavities, and up to seven materials within a single mold can be accommodated.
